Benefits of reading in the morning

After a good night‘s rest, your mind is the freshest in the morning. It means that you will be able to process information the best. This also would allow you to retain information better.

Reading gives you a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment, reading in the morning would allow you to feel like you started the day right leaving you energized to conquer the rest of your day.

Reading also acts as a form of meditation and reflection, leaving your mind free from digital distractions. In our fast pace world, this might be what you need in the morning to stay grounded.

All of these does not apply to everyone, some may feel that they prefer to read in the afternoon or at night to unwind. Give reading in the morning a try and see if it works for you!
